House Director Position

Job Description
The Eta Zeta Chapter of Phi Mu located at California State University, Fresno is seeking a full-time live-in House Director to start in August 2014. The House Director manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the Phi Mu chapter house. This position requires managing five employees, overseeing forty chapter members who live in, and coordinating with the fifty chapter members who live out. The House Director will report to the Eta Zeta Building Corporation Board which is comprised of six alumnae volunteers.

Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of previous House Director experience required. Qualifications include but are not limited to: managing the In-House account and budget, computer experience with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and email, experience in working with college-aged women, understands the level of professionalism needed for the position, ability to act professionally and diplomatically with students, staff, parents, alumnae, service providers, and community resources, other desirable traits include integrity, enthusiasm and excellent people skills.

Compensation
Pay is based on experience and qualifications. This position includes salary, room & board, phone and gas allowance. A parking space is provided along with an attached apartment which has a bedroom, bathroom and living room/office.
