Description
The Theta Eta chapter of ZTA is looking for a sorority house mom to become a part of our beautiful Nacogdoches community in the deep East Texas Pines.
A few requirements of the job:
· Must live in house, and present nightly
· Flexible
· Live with 39 girls
· Lift 20-40 pounds
· Climb up several flights of stairs (multiple times a day, potentially with 20-40 pounds)
· Manage cooking and cleaning staff
· Enforce Zeta Tau Alpha House Rules
· Coordinate House Maintenance (painters, lawn service, electricians, plumbers, etc… as needed)
· Jill-of-all-trades
· Know some counseling skills (just being available to talk with girls)
· Be passionate about young adults
