House Director Position Available - Fall 2017.
Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority at Emporia State University in Emporia, KS, is in search of a year-round house director. Chapter house capacity is 47 members. Total chapter size is approximately 70.
Included is one bedroom, one bath suite, all utilities including Internet, meals while ESU is in session, free laundry.
Responsibilities include oversight of cook and student kitchen staff, menu planning, ordering supplies and food, working with service providers (lawncare etc.) and interacting with college members and alumni.
Emporia State is a small, very well-respected state university of <5,000 students. There are three sororities on campus and Alpha Sigma Alpha will celebrate 100 years at ESU in November of this year! The current ASA National president is an alum of our chapter too. Emporia, KS is located in the Southeast part of the state, approximately 100 miles from Kansas City and Wichita, 60 miles to Topeka. Population of Emporia is approximately 25,000.
Our salary is comparable with other two sororities on campus. Salary and insurance stipend equals around $1,300 per month.
