Manage sorority house with 20 live ins. Work with real estate management company, gardener and cleaning crew to coordinate upkeep and repairs. Be an adult presence in the house to ensure rules of the house are followed.
Three room suite provided. This is a new house so don't have meals worked out. Most likely there will be dinner service. Small stipend. OK to go to school or have another part-time job.
