HOUSE DIRECTOR FOR ZETA TAU ALPHA
BAKER UNVERSITY, BALDWIN CITY, KANSAS
• Salaried position - 10 Month contract serving as House Director/ Manager for Sigma Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha
• Chapter House houses 40 collegiate women
• Live on property in the House Director's suite. The suite is furnished but can bring own furniture to supplement. Can live at the house 12 months/year if desired
• All meals provided while the University is in session
• Health Insurance available through Zeta Tau Alpha International office
• Vacations are the same as the students - Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, Spring Break, Summer
• Manages property, using established vendors to do repairs
• Meals are provided for Sigma/ZTA Chapter by a professional chef. Sigma Chapter has a contract with Greek House Chefs food service. They hire and pay the chef’s salary
• Manages kitchen helpers - men from Baker University fraternities
• Mentor for the women - close relationships with chapter officers - "Mom away from home”
• Serve as hostess for the Chapter House.
