Marketing & Sales Director

We are a travel business startup with experienced personel. Specifically, we are a tour operator. Our customers are women who like to travel with groups of friends.

Our business model is based on the recruitment of "group organizers", women who put together groups as small as 8 people and travel for free.

We also offer tour operations management to organizations.

We are looking for a marketing and sales director to work out of her home office.

Compensation is based on base salary, commission and equity share in the business.

Needs to be a very ambitious, outgoing, well connected person who loves people, loves travel and is self-disciplined.
