The Beta Zeta chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma at the University of Iowa is seeking a full-time live-in female house director to begin employment on August 1, 2014.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting in the hiring and supervision of household employees and contractors; day-to-day facility management and oversight of household repairs, projects, and maintenance; protecting the safety and well-being of residents; and acting as a positive role model and mentor while contributing to the development of a comfortable and welcoming living environment.

The applicant should be a non-smoker with a strong work ethic; excellent communication and organizational skills; and the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with students, parents, alumnae, employees, contractors, and board members. Successful candidates will have experience with developing and managing an organizational budget and with computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
