We are accepting applications for the position of Facility Director in the Kappa Kappa Gamma house in Albuquerque, NM. This Facility has 60 live-in members and approximately 40 non residential members.

This is a live-in position in the chapter house. It includes room and board in an apartment with a living room, bedroom and bathroom within the chapter house. Also included are utilities, telephone, internet service, cable TV and parking. The house is a smoke, alcohol and pet free home.

Salary is paid on a yearly bases. Please provide salary expectations when submitting resume.

Applicants must have strong social, organizational, managerial, and communication skills. She must be effective and enjoy working with staff members she supervises, collegiate members, alumnae, vendors and service providers. The applicant should be able to work independently, be flexible, and detail oriented. She must also ensure facility maintenance needs are identified and appropriate people hired for repairs. The Facility Director must have a Driver's license and her own transportation.

The Facility Director's duties include but are not limited to:

Coordinating day to day facility management with the Facility Corporation Board and the Chapter

Hiring (if needed) and supervising kitchen and cleaning staff.

Plan and post menus for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday. As well as putting out breakfast Monday through Saturday. Monday night is chapter dinner for all members.

Budgeting for house meals and ordering food

Helping to provide a safe, secure and comfortable environment for residents and non resident members

Following all Fraternity and Chapter policies

Being available to open and close the facility before and after each vacation period

Obtaining and scheduling all required safety inspections
