Become part of the Sigma Kappa family---We are looking for a House Director who can build warm, caring relationships with the collegiate members of this amazing sorority while carrying out the managerial duties required in a large sorority house in Ann Arbor, Michigan
The House Director’s duties include living in the sorority house during the school year, overseeing the day-to-day maintenance, operation and food services for a 65 resident house, supervising a team of highly qualified and dedicated staff members, ensuring the safety and security of residents and premises, and maintaining high quality living standards.
Qualifications include excellent communication skills, experience with financial and administrative tasks necessary to manage a sorority house, and experience managing employees.
Competitive salary, free parking, room and board during school year with the option to live in the house year round. The House Director’s suite is located on the main floor, has a private bath, and is furnished with the basics which include wireless internet and a Comcast High Def TV hook-up.
