We are seeking a House Director for Zeta Tau Alpha, Mississippi State University, beginning in mid July 2017. The house has 48 residents and is currently undergoing a chapter room addition, adding several bedrooms and will be completely redecorated this summer. This award winning chapter has approximately 300 members, and all of them dine weekdays at the house. The House Director will oversee a commissary kitchen, be responsible for budgeting and menu planning for the meal program, oversee 2-3 cooks, several house boys and a cleaning service. In addition, she will be responsible for overall maintenance of the property. We are looking for someone who enjoys mentoring, entertaining and working with college women while finding balance outside of the house with a personal life. The house is located on a traditional Greek Row in Starkville, Mississippi, and is home to a large SEC school. There are 8 NPC sororities at Mississippi State. The apartment has a living room with partial office, bedroom, closet and bathroom on the first floor and is partially furnished. Parking pass is also included. The position runs through May 2018, with hopes of renewal if both the House Director and advisor/chapter members are satisfied. The property is owned by the ZTA Fraternity Housing Corporation, but is supervised locally by the House Director in partnership with a Local House Association President and chapter advisor.
