HOUSE DIRECTOR NEEDED – FOR SORORITY

Seeking a professional woman who is interested in making a difference in the lives of young adults who are involved in their Greek Organizations on their college campus. Must be energetic, and highly motivated.

The house director will be responsible for the safety of the chapter and is required to live in the house and be present 7 days and 7 nights a week. Work will be done on a 20-hour a week schedule for a stipend of $2336 per month.

The house director is the first impression of the house, therefore, must conduct themselves professionally while at the house and in public. The house director will have direct contact with University officials, house corporation board members, vendors sent to the house to perform various work, parents, and to both the live-ins, and, the rest of the chapter at any given time.

Must possess good office skills and be proficient in Office, Excel, Word, On-line banking, etc. Must be proficient in Email, attaching and working in documents, and Scanning. Must also be proficient in the use of cell phones; texting, messaging, etc. Communication and organizational skills are necessary, as the position will report to different levels of authority, such as and not limited to, the house corporation board, the national or international office and the advisory board. You must attend all mandatory campus meetings involving house directors. The information given at these meetings must be shared, when necessary, with the operations management company, house corporation board, or the chapter, if it involves them.

The house director will be responsible for assisting the chapter in preparing for house events when asked, such as weekly chapter meetings, recruitment, parents weekends, and other social events that may be held at the chapter house.
