House Director – Mississippi

The house director shall oversee the operations of the facility, including planning delicious, healthy, well-balanced meals, ordering food, supervising the kitchen and housekeeping staff, scheduling maintenance and repairs and ensuring the facility is safe, secure and clean. Additionally, she will work closely with Facility Corporation Board members, Advisory Board members and Chapter officers to schedule events, work within a budget, help with periodic room checks, conduct an annual inventory, and ensure smooth functioning throughout the house. Our ideal candidate will be a woman with a strong shoulder to cry on, poise and grace for greeting our guests, a firm hand for enforcing house rules and dealing with vendors and a smile that will bring sunshine into the lives of young women living far from home.
