The Beta Theta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma House Corporation at the University of Oklahoma is seeking a full time, single female, live-in House Director to begin employment July 1, 2014. This is a year-round position. The House Director manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the Beta Theta chapter. The chapter house holds 90 residents with up to 280 total active collegiate members. The House Director lives in the House Directorâ€s suite in the chapter house. She is provided room and board year round, an assigned parking space, cable tv and wireless internet. This is a pet, smoke, alcohol, and firearms free environment.
Qualifications include but are not limited to: managing the In-House account and budget, computer experience with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, spreadsheets and email, experience in working with college-aged women, understands the level of professionalism needed for the position, ability to act professionally and diplomatically with students, staff, parents, alumnae, service providers, and community resources, other desirable traits include integrity, enthusiasm and excellent people skills.
Major Duties - The House Director supervises the operation of the Chapter House as her full-time regular occupation. The House Director will perform a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the facility.
