Sigma chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha at Baker University is looking for a new house director for the 2011-2012 school year. Key responsibilities of this position include managing a budget for all food expenses for a house with approximately 40 women residents; coordinating with the cook and chapter members to prepare menus; order food; and managing kitchen staff. We are looking for someone who is great with college students and can provide friendship and mentoring for our young ZTA women. Room and board and a stipend are provided. We would ideally like to find someone that would like to do this for several years.
