Facility manager for sorority house that houses 44 women, but feeds 230. Duties to include menu planning, managing a staff of 2 cooks, 1 house keeper and 1 maintenance man and several bus boys. Manage food inventory and food ordering within the budget from the chapter; manage facility issues with house corporation.
Reports weekly to house corp. president (or designee), works with vendors on repairs and makes recommendations for property improvements. Forwards invoices to appropriate parties (chapter or house corp.) for payment.
Act as hostess for all events held at the house and as requested.
