Alpha Gamma Delta at the University of Southern California (USC) seeks a House Director. Duties include overseeing the day-to-day property and food needs at this location as well as overseeing the day-to-day property/food needs and property management team (house director, chef, housekeeper, etc.) at the University of California, Los Angeles†chapter house. Oversights include training and supervising staff, assisting collegiate housing team with facility management and policy questions, and aid in the management of vendor relationships and negotiate contracts. Specific duties to the USC chapter house include but are not limited to the safety of the residents, oversight of the physical facility and its grounds, food service, repairs and maintenance, cleanliness, and are a point of contact for other hired staff through the Fraternity Housing Corporation. We do request that applicants enjoy daily interaction with and have experience with college age students as well. This is a full time position; benefits include on-site apartment, meals and insurance.
