Seeking: Full-time House Director for the newly renovated Kappa Alpha Theta House at Washington State University. Responsibilities include but not limited to: being an active presence in the day to day management of the facility, hiring and supervising cleaning and cooking staff, ordering food and supplies, working with the established budget, and the coordination of routine maintenance schedules. Candidates must be energetic, possess a positive and mature attitude, computer skills, and be aware of the unique experience of working and living with college age women. Candidates must also be organized and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Benefits include: salary, a private living apartment within the Chapter House, meals, a reserved parking space, basic cable, wireless Internet and health insurance. Pay is competitive, awarded on a 12 month contract and dependent upon experience. Kappa Alpha Theta Chapter is a non-smoking and pet-free facility.
