The House Corporation for Colorado Alpha Pi Beta Phi is seeking applications for the position of House Director. This is a full time position with living quarters provided for the entire year.
Job Description:
- Perform property maintenance and management for the safety and comfort of 78 residential members plus another 75 non-resident members
- Manage the food service staff (5 employees)
- Coordinate with the house keeping service
- Schedule and meet with vendors for routine maintenance/repairs
- Identify and correct any safety, comfort, or convenience issues
- Manage budget developed with House Corporation for upkeep of the Property
- Manage budget developed by the Chapter for food and consumables
Skills required:
- Personable and respectful with both residents and staff
- Very organized
- Professional management abilities
- Attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Minimum 1 year previous experience as a House Director
