Looking for a full time, live in House Director to oversee the day to day operations for various Alpha Omicron Pi houses. Responsibilities will include:
• Food Service Management
• Staff Supervision
• House Maintenance and Housekeeping
• Supervising Move In/Out
• Working with collegiate and alumnae members, appropriate Headquarters personnel, and Property Management company on a regular basis
• Following set budget
• Assisting with Recruitment and social gatherings as deemed necessary
• Abiding by Crisis Management procedures
• Attending House Director Training at AOII International Headquarters
Alpha Omicron Pi is looking for a House Director to exceed the expectation and create an exceptional membership experience for all chapter members. The House Director will have the opportunity to build relationships with members, alumnae, parents, University Officials, Headquarters Staff, and other House Directors.
Previous House Director Experience Preferred.
The House Director will be provided with living quarters, base salary, meals, and potential for monthly allowances (car/mileage).
