Beta Phi Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma at the University of Montana is seeking a House Director for the 2013-2014 academic year.
Duties and expectations of this House Director position include, but are not limited to:
•Serve as official hostess for Chapter, exemplifying social graciousness and etiquette.
•Supervise Employees such as the Cook, Housemen, Cleaners, and Contractors.
•Hire kitchen aides to help assist the cook in the kitchen
•Help to plan menus in cooperation with the cook
•Order various food and supplies
•Keep financial records and receipts
•Ability to properly follow budget guidelines set by the House Board
•Supervise the opening and closing of the Chapter House, including semester move in and move-out
•Provide assistance to chapter members for House-related issues
•Work in a professional manner with members of the House Board, chapter members, and community members
•Arrange for routine services involving house maintenance
•Ability to properly maintain confidentiality
•Ability to serve as a role model to college aged women, and the ability to foster appropriate relationships with the chapter women
This is a live-in position. Monthly salary (D.O.E,) board (meals) and an unfurnished apartment are included with position. Vacation time follows student vacation periods from the University. Utilities, internet service, cable TV and parking are included. The chapter facility is a smoke, alcohol and pet free property.
A personal vehicle is required (gas cost will be reimbursed for job related duties)
Start date is tentatively scheduled for August 12, 2013
