Alpha Omicron Pi is searching for female house directors that are professional and excited about working in a college environment!
The House Director supervises the operation of the Chapter House. Duties would include, but are not limited to:
-Overseeing the opening and closing of the chapter house for the academic terms.
-Greeting vendors, members and families
-Overseeing kitchen staff and housekeeping company
-Report facility needs to headquarters staff
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a facility manager or House Director is beneficial.
-Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, members and vendors
-Ability to endure the physical demands of managing a property. This includes, but is not limited to, transporting equipment, standing for long periods of time, bending, lifting various size/weight objects, climbing stairs, and walking distances.
-Availability to reside at the chapter facility and be on call for urgent situations.
-Knowledge of computers, budgets, forecasting and scheduling.
-Background in meal planning, preparation and nutrition is a benefit
All House Directors are required to live in the chapter house. A private room is provided to the House Director with basic cable, internet, and Room & Board.
