House Director – Oregon

Chi Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega is looking for a House Director for the academic year 2014-15 and beyond. We are a chapter of 140 women, 60 of which live in the chapter house (55 in the main house plus 5 in our Cottage next door). We are located at Oregon State Univeristy in Corvallis, OR.
The House Director's job includes property management, employee management, house health and safety, menu planning, event planning and an understanding of college women and thier lives.
We offer a furnished apartment, cell phone stipend, insurance stipend, milage, food and parking (which is a BIG DEAL....trust me).

The position starts September 1 through June 30, 2015.
