We are seeking a full-time House Director for Epsilon Psi Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma located in Santa Barbara, CA.
The House Director oversees 41 residents, and 80-90 non residents. The position requires general management of the facility and grounds. There is minimal staff supervision, which include the contracted caterer and chief, housekeeper,
gardener and maintenance man. Managerial and people skills are a priority. The candidate will serve as hostess for events and work directly with the local House Corporation, Advisory Board and Chapter.
The House Director should be a non-smoker female who is required to live in the the furnished apartment within the sorority house. Salary is paid on a 10 month period, with July and August off. The House Director is given vacation periods during the academic year as well as several additional off-duty weekends. Benefits include room and board, internet/cable and all utilities. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and own transportation. The position is open until filled.
